Impersonation, fake agents and the VisaHurry name

Someone claiming to be VisaHurry? Check before you reply.

As more applicants find us, people have started using the VisaHurry name to approach visa applicants directly — most often on Telegram, sometimes on WhatsApp numbers that are not ours. They copy our wording, our logo and screenshots of our public slot logs, then ask for money or login details. This page exists so you can settle the question in ten seconds: we have exactly one WhatsApp number, and we do not chat with clients on Telegram at all.

Every real VisaHurry conversation happens in one of these three places

There is no fourth channel. If a conversation started anywhere else, it did not start with us.

WhatsApp — the only number

+91 6377552889

Every WhatsApp button on this website opens a chat with this number. We have no second number, no backup number and no separate number for applicants abroad.

Email

support@visahurry.com

The only email address we write from. Anything from a lookalike address at a free mail provider is not ours, however closely the signature matches.

Website

visahurry.com

Prices, plans, terms and our public slot logs live here and nowhere else. Check the address bar reads exactly visahurry.com before you act on anything.

On Telegram specifically

VisaHurry does not run client conversations on Telegram. Not for enquiries, not for onboarding, not for slot updates, not for payment instructions. If a Telegram account, group or channel is offering our service, quoting our prices, sharing "slot alerts" in our name or asking you to pay, it is not us — regardless of the display name, the logo, or the screenshots it shows you. The same applies to anyone who asks you to move a WhatsApp conversation over to Telegram. That request alone is enough to end the conversation.

Eight things VisaHurry will never ask you for

Each one is a line we don't cross. If someone using our name crosses it, that is your answer.

  • We never chat with clients on Telegram. Every enquiry, quote, onboarding step and update happens on WhatsApp at +91 6377552889 or by email at support@visahurry.com.
  • We never message you first. We reply to people who contact us through visahurry.com. We don't cold-message applicants on WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or SMS, and we don't buy applicant lists.
  • We never switch numbers mid-conversation. "Our old number is blocked, message me here instead" is a standard scam script. Our number does not change.
  • We never ask for an OTP. Not the code from your bank, not the code from the appointment portal, not a code from anywhere else. There is no situation in which we need one.
  • We never demand payment before your slot is confirmed. On our listed India, Canada, UK and France plans, payment is due after slot confirmation unless a specific plan clearly states otherwise. No registration fee, no refundable deposit, no advance to "hold" a slot.
  • We never collect the MRV visa fee. That fee is paid only through the official appointment portal, into the official payment channels. We are not a route for it.
  • We never claim embassy or consulate contacts, and never guarantee a date or an approval. Nobody can. Anyone promising that in our name is lying about us as well as to you.
  • We never ask you to install an extension, an APK or a "slot bot". Automated access to the appointment portal is against its terms and gets applicant accounts flagged — we've written about exactly how that detection works.

How impersonators borrow a real brand

The material is easy to copy. The channel and the terms are not.

  • A Telegram channel or group with our name or logo. Ours does not exist for client chat. Screenshots of "verified slots" in a Telegram group prove nothing — our real slot checks are published with timestamps at visahurry.com/slots/, including the empty ones.
  • A near-miss domain. Anything that is not exactly visahurry.com — a different extension, an extra word, a hyphen, a swapped letter — is a different operator, even if the page is a pixel copy of ours.
  • Our public proof, presented as theirs. Our slot logs, track record and testimonials are public precisely so applicants can check them. That also makes them easy to forward. Verify at the source, on our domain.
  • Urgency you didn't create. "Slot closing in 10 minutes, pay now." We tell applicants that slots move fast, but we don't manufacture a countdown to get a transfer out of you.
  • Prices that don't match our published ones. Our plans are listed openly on this site. A quote well below them, offered in our name, is bait — and a quote well above them isn't us either.
  • No written terms. Every real engagement with us has the scope and payment terms in writing before work starts. Someone who won't put it in writing is not working the way we work.
  • Payment requested to an account shared in a chat you didn't start from visahurry.com. If you did not open the conversation from a link on this website, treat the payment details as unverified until you have confirmed them with us on the official number.

Worth saying plainly: we are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate or government department, and we've never claimed to be. If someone offers you "embassy access" using our name, they are describing a service that does not exist.

Four steps, under a minute

Do this before you share a document, a login or a rupee.

  1. Compare the number digit by digit

Not "looks right" — actually compare it against +91 6377552889. Impersonators pick numbers that differ by one or two digits precisely because a glance won't catch it.

  2. Start the chat yourself, from this website

Open visahurry.com in your browser and tap a WhatsApp button here. Don't use a link someone forwarded to you, and don't scan a QR code you were sent — both can point anywhere.

  3. Check the domain in the address bar

It must read exactly visahurry.com. Look at the whole address, not the page design. A convincing copy of this page can sit on any domain.

  4. When in doubt, just ask us

Send the profile name, number or link to +91 6377552889 and ask "is this you?". We would much rather answer that question than help you recover afterwards.

Real VisaHurry vs. someone using the name

The differences that don't survive a copy-paste.

Channel WhatsApp +91 6377552889, or support@visahurry.com Telegram account or group; a WhatsApp number that isn't ours
Who starts the conversation You do, from a link on visahurry.com They do, out of the blue
Payment timing After slot confirmation on our listed India, Canada, UK and France plans, unless a plan clearly states otherwise Advance, deposit or "registration fee" before anything happens
Promises Honest monitoring; no guaranteed date, no influence over the visa decision Guaranteed dates, "embassy contacts", assured approvals
Proof of monitoring Timestamped public logs at visahurry.com/slots/, including checks that found nothing Forwarded screenshots, often ours, with no verifiable source
Terms Scope and payment terms in writing before work begins Verbal assurances, pressure to decide quickly
Credentials and OTPs Never asks for an OTP; password can be changed the moment booking is done Asks for OTPs, wants to keep control of the account

Contacted, or already paid?

Speed matters more than embarrassment. Nobody here will judge you for it.

  1. Stop, and send nothing more

No further payments, no more documents, no OTPs. If they are still messaging, you are under no obligation to reply.

  2. Take back your appointment account

If you shared your appointment portal login, change the password now and check the booking status yourself. Our visa agent scam recovery guide walks through reclaiming a hijacked account step by step.

  3. Report the fraud

In India, call the cybercrime helpline on 1930 or file at cybercrime.gov.in. Report a card or UPI payment to your bank the same day — dispute windows are short.

  4. Tell us, so we can warn the next person

Send screenshots, the number or the Telegram handle to +91 6377552889 or support@visahurry.com. We can't recover money for you, and we won't pretend otherwise — but we can report the account and put a warning where other applicants will see it.

Frequently asked questions

What applicants ask us when they're not sure who they're talking to.

Does VisaHurry have a Telegram account?

We do not run client conversations on Telegram. No enquiries, no onboarding, no slot updates, no payment instructions. If a Telegram account, group or channel is offering VisaHurry's service, quoting our prices or asking you to pay, it is not us — no matter what name, logo or screenshots it uses.

What is VisaHurry's official WhatsApp number?

+91 6377552889 is the only WhatsApp number we use. Every WhatsApp link on visahurry.com opens a chat with that number. We do not have a second number, a backup number or a country-specific number, and we never ask clients to move to a different number mid-conversation.

Will VisaHurry message me first?

No. We reply to people who contact us first through visahurry.com. We do not cold-message applicants on WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or SMS, and we do not buy applicant lists. An unsolicited message claiming your slot is booked or your appointment is at risk is not from us.

Does VisaHurry ask for payment before booking?

On our listed India, Canada, UK and France plans, payment is due after slot confirmation unless a specific plan clearly states otherwise. Prices are published on visahurry.com. Anyone using our name to demand an advance, a registration fee or a refundable deposit before any work is being done is not following our terms.

Will VisaHurry ever ask for my OTP?

Never. We do not ask for the one-time password sent to your phone or email by your bank, by the appointment portal or by any other service. Anyone asking for an OTP is trying to take over an account or move money, whatever name they are using.

Someone used VisaHurry's name to scam me. What should I do?

Stop paying immediately, change your appointment portal password if you shared it, and report the fraud to the Indian cybercrime helpline on 1930 or at cybercrime.gov.in. Then send us the screenshots on WhatsApp at +91 6377552889 or by email at support@visahurry.com so we can warn other applicants. Our scam recovery guide covers the first 24 hours step by step.

One message settles it.

Send us the profile, number or link and ask whether it's really us. There is no wrong time to check, and no question too small — verifying costs you a minute, and getting it wrong can cost you an appointment.
