Who is behind VisaHurry

A registered, human-led, remote-first visa appointment service

The visa slot market is full of anonymous Telegram accounts and fake promises, so we hold ourselves to a different standard: every claim on this page can be independently verified — our government business registration, our published slot-check logs, and our pay-after-booking model. Here is exactly who we are and how we operate.

A registered Indian business, on the record

Most services in this niche are anonymous. Ours is registered with the Government of India, and you can check it yourself.

Why there is no office address on this site

Because there is no office — and that is a deliberate, honest choice, not something we hide.

The work is online by nature

Visa appointment monitoring is 24/7 screen work on official portals. Slots appear at odd hours and disappear in minutes. A physical lobby adds cost and zero value to catching a 2 AM slot release.

Everything happens in writing

Onboarding, scope, payment terms and updates all happen over WhatsApp, Telegram and email — which means you have a written record of every commitment we make, from day one.

Judge us by what is verifiable

Plenty of scam operations rent an impressive address. We would rather be judged by our government registration, our published slot logs, and a payment model where we only get paid after your booking is done.

Humans, your own profile, payment after booking

The whole model in three sentences, with nothing hidden.

1. Real humans monitor

Our team watches official appointment availability manually, around the clock. We publish dated records of these checks — including the days we find nothing — on our slot log pages.

2. Booking inside your profile

When a matching slot appears, we complete the booking inside your own appointment profile. What access we need and why is explained and agreed before any work starts, and you should change your password as soon as the booking is confirmed.

3. Payment after success

For listed India plans, payment is due after your appointment is successfully booked, unless a plan clearly states otherwise. Country-specific payment and refund terms are explained in writing before we begin — see our refund policy.

What we never do

If anyone claiming to be VisaHurry does any of these, it is not us — stop and email support@visahurry.com.

  • No bots, extensions or automation. All monitoring and booking is done manually by humans. Automation on official portals puts your visa profile at risk.
  • No guaranteed dates, no guaranteed approvals. Embassies control slot releases and visa decisions. Anyone who guarantees either is lying to you.
  • No claims of embassy contacts or "internal quota". These do not exist for normal appointments. It is the most common scam script in this market.
  • No upfront payment on listed India plans. You pay after the booking is done, unless a plan clearly states otherwise in writing.
  • No asking for banking OTPs or card details in chat. Payment happens only through the agreed channel after booking, never through codes read out over a call.
  • No fake reviews, no invented statistics. Our published numbers come from dated logs you can inspect.

Don't take our word for it — check

Every trust claim on this page maps to something you can verify without asking us.

  • Business registration: verify Udyam Reg. No. UDYAM-RJ-21-0073261 on the official Udyam portal.
  • Slot monitoring really happens: our biometric slot logs publish dated manual checks per consulate — including "no slot" days, which a fake log would never show.
  • Booking results: our track record page lists completed bookings (month, city, visa category, days to slot) as they happen, with no names or personal data.
  • Terms in writing: read the terms of service, privacy policy and refund policy before you talk to us.
  • Official sources: always cross-check wait times and rules on travel.state.gov and ustraveldocs.com. We are an independent service, not a government website, embassy, consulate or law firm.

Common questions about who we are

Is VisaHurry a registered business?

Yes. VisaHurry.com is registered as a micro enterprise under the Government of India's Udyam (MSME) scheme, Udyam Registration Number UDYAM-RJ-21-0073261, registered in June 2025 in Rajasthan, India. The registration can be verified on the official Udyam portal at udyamregistration.gov.in.

Why does VisaHurry have no office address on the website?

VisaHurry operates fully remotely by design. Visa slot monitoring is 24/7 online work, and every part of the service, from onboarding to booking confirmation, happens digitally over WhatsApp, Telegram and email with written terms. There is no walk-in office, and we say so openly rather than renting a lobby for show.

Who runs VisaHurry?

VisaHurry is founder-led and operated by a small remote team in India. Every client knows exactly who is handling their case during onboarding, and the same team member stays reachable throughout the engagement.

How do I know VisaHurry is not a scam?

You can verify our claims independently: the Udyam business registration is checkable on the government portal, our listed India plans are pay after successful booking so we carry the risk, our slot logs publish dated manual checks including no-slot results, and our terms, privacy and refund policies are public. We never guarantee dates, never claim embassy contacts, and never use bots.

Does VisaHurry use bots or browser extensions?

No. Real humans monitor official appointment availability and complete bookings manually inside the applicant's own appointment profile, with access that is explained and agreed in advance. Automation on official visa portals risks the applicant's profile, which is why we do not use it.
