Send your case. No call required.
This form is the sign-up. Fill it in once with your visa category, preferred cities and timing, and you get a written reply by email with the recommended plan, the turnaround target and the payment terms — whichever timezone you are in.
Your appointment request
Everything marked * is needed to give you a straight answer. The rest helps us skip a round of questions.
What happens after you send it
No queue, no discovery call, no chasing. Three steps, all of them in writing.
Payment, stated plainly
The questions people ask on WhatsApp before they will send a form — answered here instead.
When you pay
- Listed India booking plans — Express and Standard — are paid after the slot is successfully booked, unless a plan clearly states otherwise.
- Voice call alerts are a fixed 6-month plan with no per-call charges.
- Terms and any exceptions are put in writing before any work begins.
- Refund terms depend on the plan and are covered in the refund policy.
Paying from outside India
- VisaHurry works with applicants and sponsors based outside India, including in the US.
- Card payment is supported.
- India plans are listed in rupees (₹); the Canada plan is listed in US dollars.
- Tell us in the form where you are paying from, and the accepted method and currency are confirmed in writing before work starts.
What we never ask for on this page. No card or bank details, no passwords, and no login to your official appointment profile. Anyone asking for those before a plan is agreed is not us — see the impersonation warning.
VisaHurry is an independent appointment monitoring and booking support service. We are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, USCIS or government authority, and we do not provide petition or immigration advice.
Before you send it
The seven things people ask most often at exactly this point.
Can I sign up without a phone or WhatsApp call?
Yes. The form on this page is the full sign-up — you do not need to call or chat first. Send your case details and you get a written reply by email with the recommended plan, the turnaround target and the payment terms. A call is available if you want one, but it is never required.
Which visa categories can I request through this form?
B1/B2, F1, F2, H1B, H4, J1, L1, L2, O-1 and O-3 for US appointments in India, plus UK, France (Schengen) and Canada biometrics appointments. If your category is not listed, choose Other and describe it — we will tell you honestly whether we support it.
Can I pay from outside India, for example with a card from the US?
Yes. VisaHurry works with applicants and sponsors based outside India, and card payment is supported. Tell us in the form where you will be paying from and the exact accepted methods and currency are confirmed in writing before any work begins.
When do I pay?
For listed India booking plans, payment is taken after the slot is successfully booked, unless a plan clearly states otherwise. There is no payment link to complete on this page and no card details are collected in this form.
How fast is the turnaround?
The India Express plan targets a slot within 30 days and the Standard plan targets a slot within 90 days. These are targets based on how the plans are run, not guarantees — embassy slot release is outside anyone's control, and any service promising a fixed date is guessing.
Can an employer, law firm or agency submit this form for someone else?
Yes. Choose "Someone else — I am an employer, law firm or agency" in the form and give the applicant's details in the case notes. Correspondence stays with whoever submits the form unless you ask us to contact the applicant directly.
Do you guarantee an appointment date?
No. Embassy slot release and appointment availability are outside VisaHurry's control, and no honest service should promise a guaranteed date. What we promise is honest monitoring and an immediate message when a verified slot appears.
