2. Service Overview
We offer slot booking assistance for visa appointments in various countries. We are not affiliated with any embassy or government body. Our role is to monitor and notify you of available appointments and assist with booking.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. By using our services, you confirm that all the information you provide is accurate and lawful.
4. Payment & Pricing
Published booking plans are generally paid after a successful booking. Urgent H1B/H4 cases with a target date inside 30 days may require a written 20–25% advance counted toward the booking fee. The six-month call-alert plan costs ₹10,000 and requires a ₹2,000 initial payment after signup, counted toward that price. The initial payment is fully refundable if we cannot activate alerts or you cancel before we confirm activation. The remaining ₹8,000 is due once you successfully book an appointment yourself. 5. Communication
You agree to receive communication via WhatsApp, email, or phone during the service period.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion, especially in cases of abuse, fraud, or misuse.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays or denials caused by embassy systems, user-provided errors, or incorrect documents. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
