1. Pay-After-Delivery (if applicable)

In most cases, you only pay once we successfully secure a slot. No upfront payment = no refund needed.

2. Prepaid Plans (if applicable)

If you've paid upfront, you may be eligible for a partial refund only if we fail to deliver within the agreed timeline and you request cancellation.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • You cancel the service midway
  • You provided incorrect details (e.g., wrong DS-160, login credentials)
  • You fail to respond to communication that delays your booking
  • The embassy or platform changes their availability policies suddenly

4. Refund Process

Eligible refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
